I just wanted to send a big thanks to all the great people on this
forum who helped me plan what turned out to be a magnificent and successful solo voyage that included the West Macs, King's Canyon, Uluru/Kata Tjutu, the
Great Central Road and the
Gunbarrel Highway (and no small amount of the mid-west coast). Like my first time in Oz, it was the trip of a lifetime.
I met so many wonderful folks along the way as
well including some Exploroz members. To those folks who had just come off the Canning that I met up with in
Wiluna (at the Gunbarrel Laager) who shared their fire, if you happen to be members and are reading this, thanks once more for the hospitality!
Now off to start planning my third 'trip of a lifetime' :)

Steve
That's an impressive trip.
Probably a novelty for you not carrying a canoe, or being pulled along by a dog team!
