Finally The Happy Walk is setting off across the
Nullarbor Plain!
Tomorrow I will be leaving
Norseman and continuing the crossing to
Melbourne after a wonderful 3 months walking through the SW of WA and meeting many beautiful people and seeing some of the best
places on this continent.
I am walking alone without a support vehicle so I don't mind being offered water and fresh fruit if you happen to have any spare as you pass by.
The Happy Walk is both a fundraiser for Lifeline Australia and raising awareness about depression and suicide prevention so, if it is safe to do so, please pull over for a chat and I'll give you some free help cards you can pass on to someone whose life they may save.
So far i have walked over 3000kms and raised over $4000.
Look forward to meeting you out there somewhere someday
Terra

Happy and safe walking.
I love bushwalking myself, but not a big fan of road walking.
You must have tough feet, and / or a high pain tolerance.

Terra,
please remember to obey all the speed signs, don't want you to get booked for smoking up your shoes.
Have a good journey.
