Not sure who was more excited - me or Eric..ahhaha..but the cruiser is here and safely home...it was a bit of a hairy drive home, peak hour traffic - Flemington Rd and the Tulla Freeway, and that guy in the Ford Courier cut across way too close...lol....I've never been so aware of traffic in my life. The car so far has been fantastic to drive...thanks so much Eric for all your efforts over the past 10 days..it was worth the stress...

new rig pic is the cruiser...but if you want to take a peek at a few more pics...our web site is

http://lynda3434.tripod.com/

go to the cars page...but feel free to browse

cheers

Very nice, Mrs Al, makes me somewhat envious (read a lot...). We'll see what the bank manager can do in the future. Now I also know what you look like.....Russell S

BTW: Don't tell anyone - We are thinking of running off some Member stickers for our Members to put on their vehicles. We have had a few quotes and we hit the floor however if they give us better prices then we may just be mailing you out some. But don't tell anyone OK Lyn.Regards

Geez, Mr and Mrs Al that is one neat truck. Congratulations. Do I now have to call you Sir and Ma'am? Maybe if I ask nicely will you let me sit in it at LD. Promise to have a wash first.

Anyway Good Luck...It will be new until the first scratch and then it is second hand and on for young and old. We look forward to seeing all the additions that HAVE to be fitted.

CheersWillem

Looks nice,

What warning beepers is Mr. Al going to install for you?

Car approaching,
shopping cart approaching
Tailgate down
Kids have dirty feet and fingers
Ford Courier approaching

Wish we could get diesel landscruisers here in the States.

Number one rule "Keep the shiney side up"

When ours was three days old and still very shiney, we took it out on the Cobbler Plateau trek in the "4wd Tracks of the High Country" book by Cathy Savage and Craig Lewis. Driving along in your three day old car with blackberries scratching along the side was very humbling......but it had to learn that it was a real 4wd.
Enjoy it heaps - just got back from Mansfield this weekend - fantastic time.
