Hi all.
Does anybody have good or bad fist hand experience with a 2005 Supreme territory off road pop up van.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Rob

Be careful with any negative comments (just don't post them).
Over on the Caravanners
Forum I believe there was some sort of kerfuffle involving negative comments and the Manufacturer took umbrage.
Just be cautious.

One if the camper trailer manufacturers threatened MySwag with legal action over comments, which had to be retracted.

And rightly so Steven. If there was false allegations being written about the company they have every right to take legal action and litigate if required.
There was a guy that undertook an online smear campaign against Supreme for some time. This person posted on this
forum a few years ago.
Sounds very similar to the Toyota 200series 'OH what a lemon" website that non Toyota owners take great joy in referring to when Toyota discussions are a
forum topic.
Supreme bent over backwards to try and resolve the problem with no resolution so they ended up in court.
I have seen the resolution and it went in favour of Supreme and has forced the person never to again make comment.
Unfortunately when people read stuff on line they believe it and so the false allegations spread which in the end can affect peoples livelihood.

You say not to post negitive comments Gone Bush, then what is the point of telling the truth about poor service or shoddy work.I thought the point of a
forum was to display information.Yes we do have to be mindful of writing the truth (but to not do it at all) is a bit much.

Grundle, there's no such thing as Free Speech in Australia. Don't confuse our legal system with what you see in US TV shows.
Let me assure you, there is nothing pleasant about receiving a Concerns Notice in the mail.

The trouble with people denigrating businesses or products on a
forum is that they only give one side of the story & have been known to bend the truth.

To appease people that trawl back through
forum history, forgot to add that I have described my experiences with Cooper tyres & their distributors in a less than complimentary manner, however I would have been more than happy to back up my accusations.
