We drove it 8th June to 10th June Laverton to Uluru. Up to the NT border it is in really good condition, a few patches of corrugations but they are few and far between and a grader was working from Warburton when we stayed there. Once you cross the border the corrugations become severe all the way to the sealed roads in the Uluru NP. We were down to 30 Km/h in some places (not towing).

Hi Arnie

Forum member Tjukayirla Roadhouse posts roads reports here, as well as updating the Exploroz road conditions page.

What sort of caravan do you have?

G'day Arnie, as mentioned, the road is in mostly excellent condition, there are some areas of corrugations though, mainly around 150km's West of the Roadhouse, for a stretch of roughly 30kms, and also 50km's East of us.
Also as mentioned, the Docker river to Kata Tjuta section gets fairly heavily corrugated. As usual though, drive to conditions and all will be fine :-)
Oh, and thanks to all the Champs that gave us a mention, they are a special breed of people :-)

Cheers
Al
