Mungo - anyone been there this month?

Hope to head into Mungo NP next week and am wondering if anyone has been in during the last couple of weeks and would like to give us and updated report on road conditions and other things please.

I'll also be interested as the
cook and I will be there in 3weeks on our way to
Menindee via
top hut road. We shall be travelling to
Balranald from Gippsland then onto mungo

Worth while checking on what you can do there now Guys.
In recent years its got a lot more restiricted and you can only walk of
the walls of china now as part of a guided tour.
Friends there during week , said roads real good and dry but tours and conditions were not worth the money , so they turned around and came back out without doing the offical tour !
