We have spent several weeks crossing the
Great Sandy Desert, South to North. We left our tracks on our
EOTopo map but I now can't find them. I am using a Nexus Android tablet. Any suggestions?

Did you use a tracking program with
EOTopo, i.e. Oziexplorer ?
