Hi all. We are a new member to this
forum - some very interesting reading. Just purchased this new satellite finder to make things easy!!! Having looked at the manual I still can't work out what we have to do to set this up so we can then use it to find the Optus C1D3 satellite. Can anyone give us some advice. Thanks

Thanks for that but still need to know in which general direction you need to point the dish to start with. Do you always need to know your Lat and Longitude?

If you have a smart phone get Wikicamps app . It has all the info you need. Failing that you can get printed charts of most of the locations in Aus. The general direction is east of north but you need to know the elevation of the dish.
