We have an Oz Trail porta potty and when my husband stands it up to carry it to where he has to empty it, it leaks fluid out of the small white (floater) on the lower part of the tank. How do we fix this?

Hi Nola, If its fairly new, ring the people you bought it from, It could be a known fault and they may want to refund or replace it for you! If its a fault, many companies exchange products regardless of its age. Its worth asking the question. regards, Michael
