Just to finalise my previous thread 107912. To view a Quantum I went over to the
Brisbane Caravan show where I was able to compare the 2 campers and after being put thru the set up of both the Quantum was a stand out. To be able to access the
toilet in seconds and roll out the awning and have a brew on in minutes was the sealer as
well as having immediate use of the bed for a nanny nap. I pick my Quantum up in October.
Thank you guys for your input. Cheers

Did you go from near the Kimberly to
Brisbane to see a
Kimberley.
That is indeed dedication to duty.
What are you going to tow it with?
If a patrol those rear springs will need some attention re ball weight.
A mate of
mine bought a KKamper a few years back and it immediately sank the rear end and more robust coils were needed.

Ross M,
I was in
Darwin at the time and posted a thread on this
forum if there any Quantums to be seen there. I had no replies so grabbed a cheap Tiger flight to Bne for $140 return to the show. I had seen the K Karavan previously and this was my choice then I was told about the Quantum which I had not previously looked into.
I have a L/C 200 modified with tray back and
suspension upgrade by ARB.
Cheers

Both a great bit of gear.......in extreme situations I think the KK would go a bit further, but comfort wise the Quantum wins..
Wish I could afford either !!
