G'day, I am curious about the Duramax 6.6 TDAllison 6 speed auto conversion into a GU, has any one had one done, if so, who by and any problems, comments etc, postive and negative please. Thanks in advance.

Looked into it for my gu if done
well they are great but the cost is expensive theres a guy in
Brisbane that does one of the best conversions I have seen but so it should at $50,000 to $60,000

John I don't have contact anymore he,s a auto elect & he mate is a mech he's often on ebay for custom wiring looms for engine conversions

There's a mob called PID Diesel who I've seen mentioned on LCOOL
forum as being someone who does these conversions. Jump on Patrol 4x4
forum or LCOOL
forum and search the name Killalux, he does the conversion also and is the guy a lot of people use to get their wiring looms done.
