Hi folks,

I met up with a friend in Wiluna yesterday who has just completed the CSR. He shared a few images that he has given me permission to post here. Can't wait to get out there myself it looks like an amazing journey.

Thanks folks,

Incidentally it was quite a coincidence how we managed to meet up. I knew he was making his way over here from Victoria and that he was on the CSR but I manage one of the mining camps near Wiluna and happened to be in town the day he passed through for an Indigenous careers expo we were assisting with. I got permission for him to stay overnight at the camp I run. Needless to say he was quite happy to have a bed for the night, a shower, shave and a supply restock! He's on his way to Exmouth now via Mt Augustus NP. Pretty jealous seeing him drive off into the distance knowing I had to go straight back to work.

Well done Cruiser for looking after him - he would have been thrilled with the 'luxury' after the CSR.
