HI just to let any one know who is heading out this way in the next few days it started raining late last night and went on all night till 8 am , some decent drops for local farmers
Any way I am not sure of local roads but I am sure many will be closed due to the rain
so if your are planning a trip up this way best ring RTA or shire council for updates

Nor sure have to see what the news says later today
but we have had a total for this entire month 12.6
Wettest on record 154.8mm 1978 that would have been a really wet one

Broken Hill airport has recorded 12.6mm to 9:00AM this morning, and the rain has stopped.
I don't think we need to launch the boats just yet ... [;-) ... but the roads will be slippery today.
Bourke,
White Cliffs and
Wilcannia have all recorded between 11 and 14mm, with 8mm at
Cobar.
There's still a lot of inland NSW that's pretty parched.

yes I agree with the boats I took our new pup for a walk and lots of mud around it should dry out in a few days
but if I was going out of town I would defiantly be careful where I went
I saw some guys the other day with a brand new boat at
lake menindee caravan park they were backing it into some shed close to the park
Opps the speed boat had a roll bar sort of this with spot lights too high some did not
check the height too
well
as we heading away I saw them scratching there heads on what to do
