User Trek grey route lines

Newbie here, Using widows 7 & chrome. when I click on
grey lines in user trek map, the busy icon spins a couple of times, and nothing happens.
By clicking on text it loads trek OK.
Any Ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Greg,
I will have to investigate as you are right it is not working as expected. I will get back to you. We have been doing so much in the background on roads and
places that I fear we have busted it somehow.
Will advise.
