Hi guys we are thinking of going to
cape York end of oct were can we leave the van also approximate time from
cairns I know there are so many variables but your own experience is fine as always all help will be very welcome all tips welcome thanks Allen

We have had no rain..there is talk of a late wet?..Who knows. Road is a lot quieter than 2 months ago. Humidity starting to arrive-tourists heading south to avoid.
Dont reckon you,ll have any problems.

We left our van in
Lakeland at the caravan park, $6/day ($36/ week). Had no problems. There is a place at Mt Carbine which stores vans as
well. Enjoy your trip.
