Finally got some time to take some pics of the boat wheels for the tinny.

I was going to pull the boat out and get some naturally lit pictures but a late day at work and the falling of rain meant I had to take the pic in the garage.

Look in the holidays album

I hope you cam make head and tail from them. They are stainless construction except for the spring , wheel and bearings. I do not use the system for towing a great distance and try to avoid potholes and corrugations etc. The springs do work and the boat is road registered. I am not to have anything in the boat or hanging off it. I mean I am not to get caught with anything in it while being towed.

These wheels were a lifesaver and made using the boat easy as compared to it being roof mounted.

Brett,
This could solve my problems too , as I don't want to lug a folding trailer around
for my 3.7m tinnie which sits on the Trak Shak.
That is the big drawback of campers if you want a tinnie big enough to give you peace of mind in croc country .
You set up camp and then somehow have to get your boat to the launch area
and back . I will have to get someone to build it for me .
Please send me the photos too when you get my email .
Willie .
