Hi to all.
Well water has seeped in around the rooftop A/C of our Avan poptop and the ceiling has gone from white to blue. The surface is soft and bubbly in part, I hope you've got the picture. Now yes the A/C needs to be resealed but I'm hoping for suggestions on how to repair/replace the ceiling panels. What products are out there? And no, the insurers won't cover it!.... Warrie

Hi Warrie
While we don't have an Avan, I believe that they are still making them so I'd contact the manufacturer in the first place to see what they can recommend. Web site is below:
http://www.avan.com.au/our-range/campers/
Friends of ours had a similar problem with their Jayco pop up - it was covered by insurance, and they got it repaired - now it's like new!
Hope that helps a little...
Chris

Warrie,
Was reading an almost 7 year old caravan magazine recently, and found a article that mighty be what you are after.
Decoform PVC Panels are tongue 'n groove panels that slot into each other "for a tight, mould -free, practically invisible join. Simply glue them straight over your existing ceiling."
"The panels flex longitudinally to follow the curvature of your roofline and are easily cut with a fine-tooth saw. Your Decoform ceiling will look forever new, and a 10 year guarantee applies."
Phone 03 9466 1611 or email handihome@ozemail.com.au
Wouldn't know if they are still in operation(and no affiliation etc!) but might be worth a try, as you didn't get much response to your original post.

Thanks Bob for your reply. I will look into Decoform. But I have to tackle the roof leak first. Love your by-line - I'm getting that way too LOL....W
