When cleaning out a cupboard I found my old Hitachi 501B GPS unit. Hitachi stopped supporting this unit ages ago but I was wondering if I would be able to use the OziExplore software and maps on this unit as it has an SD card slot. I know it would probably be cheaper to buy a new unit but i would like to do it for the challenge. Are there any other 501B users out there who have done what I'm trying to do?

Hello

Unit runs on Windows CE platform so theoretically running OziCE is possible. Previous thread on similar subject HERE though no solution to current OP's question provided. I have no (well little) idea either.

Cheers
