A question for those that may know the area.
Planning on spending some time with family at Frenchman's Bay
Albany over Christmas holidays.
I was wondering if anyone knew if one can drive their 4WD on the beaches.
Thanks in advance for any constructive
feedback

For the definitive answer, you should contact the
Albany City Council Rangers dept or Dept for Parks And Wildlife in
Albany if you are venturing into Nat Parks while you are there.
Cheers

There is no vehicle access to beaches around Frenchman's Bay. The bays around that area are all quite protected and you can always find one away from the wind.
The old
whaling station is
well worth a visit while you are there.

Not in Frenchman's Bay you can't
If you want to go 4x4 beach driving better head to Nanarup, its a short 15 minute drive out of town
