Hello all,

Can you tell me if it is okay to use a A/T tyre as a back up spare for my vehicle. I have a 2wd Colorado, and at present it has 4 good 245/70/16 H/T Bridgestone Duelers. I also have a H/T Bridgestone spare. I was offered a new 245/70/16 A/T Toyo on a Colorado rim for a great price and was wondering if this could be used as a second spare if ever needed. Just a bit worried about the different terrain ratings.

Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Gary

Wouldnt hurt to be used as a spare.

Same size as the others so no worries

Would pay not to leave it on permanently though

That's what I like. Straight to the point and no beating around the bush (oops that's a pun on this forum)
