Camping at Kowanyama Community Cape York

I am looking at extending the 2015 National Gathering trip to do some fishing.
One option is to fish Topsy Creek on Kowanyama land but apparently there is a limited number of campers allowed at only about four locations and the cost is per vehicle per night for only a few nights.
Can anyone give me some idea of the number of nights allowed and the cost of each, and any other handy info such as fishing limits etc.

Probably best you ring up the local Kowanyama council. They look after permits etc..
