Seems that some National Parks are imposing restrictions on Dual Axle Caravans. Anyone know of a website that lists all the National Parks and any restrictions such as this?

As National Parks are administered on a state by state basis, you would need to check for each state. I have a list of links to all the websites, but cannot give this out on this forum.

The only one I know of in Western Australia is Purnululu in the Kimberley. In the past, only small camper trailers were allowed to be towed in on the access road (station road, not part of the National park) to minimise track damage. People were pushing it with what they called a camper trailer. A couple of years ago they streamlined it to small single axled trailers only, be they "caravan" or "camper".
