You're not wrong John.

The desert will benefit but travellers will need more than their wellies.

Thanks John.

See that Cape Leveque got into the record book, with over 400mm in 24 hours, the other day. Comment was that the gauge was "overflowing" when they checked it.

Hi we are in Broken Hill and the local paper has said it looks like we might end up with a major rain event over the next few days

So any one coming this way check the road conditions

Hi John
Just to let you know that we are already very wet and very boggy. Our shop manager is driving to Balgo Hills today, as the fortnightly truck could not get in, and no planes can land here.
Cheers
Why travel overseas, you could travel Australia your entire life, and not see it all.

Fowlers Gap just reported 100 ml of rain since 9 am yesterday

I was speaking to a lady from there two weeks ago she was in woolies in Broken Hill and she had two trolleys full of drinking water they for the first time in a long time ran out of water for drinking

So looks like the farmers out this way got there Christmas present a little late
