Hi guys,
got a good friend coming to visit and would like to travel for around three weeks with him in March/April.
Start is in
Adelaide and we could finish there or anywhere on the Eastcoast where he can fly back from.
Thought about Flinders Range ... but then what?
Got a Nissan Patrol fitted for outback touring (fuel, water etc)
Thanks

Depends where the friend is from and what interests them.
The Flinders will be stunning in March April and I would suggest continuing north from there up to
Oodnadatta and back via
Coober Pedy. Plenty to occupy yourselves for 3 weeks.
Do some research on the areas before you go.
Cheers,
Peter

Easy to spend three weeks in the Flinders. If not, the Eyre Peninsula has a lot of interest.

from
Adelaide head south/east hugging the coast - do the Great Ocean Rd ending up in Melb for a flight . Mar/April is usually a good time on the coast

My visitor is from Germany and knows
Melbourne, GOR,
Grampians etc.
Thats why I thought about heading into the Flinders Range (heard about the
Strzelecki Track?)
Is there any good connection into the heart of Australia - maybe
Simpson Desert or something like that? Maybe cross over eastwards towards
Brisbane?
