Does anyone know where I can get a 1500mm hose for my 2 burner stove? I want to be able to use my stove on my camper without taking the gas bottle out of its holder all the time.

Masters seemed to have quite a range, and you might be able to get something that just extends the hose you already have Sallyanne.
All the best

another option if you cannot get a long hose is to use the metal extension poles that put a light above the cooker on a gas bottle and use short hoses at either end.
cheers

Depends where you are Barbeques Galore ,Camping stores, Caravan Yards should be easy to find there is a limit legally around 1.5 to 2.0 m not too sure if it varies state to state or not I use a 1.2m one for the same reason

Sallyanne,
We needed a 2.4M hose, and got one at BCF or Rays, can't remember which. :-)
Check BCF website, am sure they have a number of lengths up to 2.4M. Bunnings might have them too?

i got a hose years ago which was a 'few' metres long for that purpose.
i think it was technically illegal at the time but i just told them the hose i wanted and the fittings i wanted.
went to a firm who supplies pressure hoses in balcatta
perth.

One would wonder if it was illegal then why would they sell it? Given it was I assume a purpose built gas hose.......

they didn't sell it as a 'gas hose'.
i ordered a hose with specific fittings.
they didn't ask, i didn't tell.
I'm sure there was some limit to hose lengths at the time, but i had been using gas hoses 10m long for many years in the UK in underground structures and couldn't understand the limit.

warning for long hoses!
make sure you turn the gas off at the bottle and burn off any gas in the hose.
this is usual good safety practice every time but even more relevant with long hoses.
you don't want to leave a gas filled hose overnight.

not just safety, on some long trips i have a gas bottle on the the roof rack and very long hoses.
if left for any length of time, and especially overnight, you will get that oily stuff in the hose that will clog up the jets on a 2-burner.
