cold battery Percentage

Just wondering what is a normal cold battery %. Put a solar controller on them and they both say 77% and 76% on a 120 Prado with a HKB booster. Before booster it was 76-64%. I tried it on a
Ranger PJ and it was 74%, all
test were done in the morning being left to sit over night and sitting on 12.7v.
