Just wondering if anyone has bought, installed and operated one of these diesel heaters. Asking on ebay for $760 with free delivery.

Hi Con,
I have one of these heaters from Planar in my Lotus Trooper.
I installed it myself without any problems. I used one of the 20 litre fuel cans on the drawbar as my fuel tank which is a bit of an overkill as they use very little fuel. I could not find a suitable place for the supplied tank. The 20 litre tank has 2 fuel caps . I fitted the supplied tank pick up into one of the caps and fitted a motor bike quick connect fitting to it so the fuel can could be used for filling the tug if required.
Heater works very
well and is a must if travelling in winter.
After fitting this one discovered that they can be purchased direct from China through AliExpress. Delivery was very quick and reliable and saved heaps. Search for '
Parking Heater' and you will find a choice.
We have since installed 6 of these heaters for our travelling companions and all are happy.

Did you installed the 2.0 or 2.4kw heater and did it come with installation instructions? The one I saw on ebay did not have hoses or vents. Did you have to buy them separately?

Hi Con,
We installed the 2kw version.
Hoses and vents were supplied from Turkey. A very good service.
Trades on Ebay as "dieselheaters4u"
