We did it on the labour day weekend, no probs. But apparently changes very rapidly.

Also heading down to
Warren Beach this weekend, I expect it to be quite busy.
I might see you down there. Cant see you having any probs, but expect the track to be soft and
well used. The crossing is best decided on the day as conditions can quite quickly change.

Hi Bob
Didnt see you down there. We did the trip on Saturday but decided not to cross. We approached the warren from the eastern side. It took a bit to get all the cars back up the dunes.

I got down there about 2pm on Sat, as we got to the beach we headed left towards Mullamup Beach. (spelling?). I had a blue triton dual cab ute. and I travelled with a mates green hilux. We never caught any salmon but plenty of brim, herring and the odd flat head. We camped the night and fished to miday on Sunday.
The dunes were a bit soft on the way out, but never gave us any trouble. Although we ran into some guys from
Perth who couldnt make it up one of the dunes. They never had a decent tyre gauge and were still running 20 psi+ in their tyres.

We were down to 10PSI. We had a surf in our group that gave us most of our trouble
