Comment: Reseating a tubeless tyre using butane gas and other volatile substance

I'd agree with that, certainly less volotile. I've heard of it being done with petrol, lighter fluid and some poor fool even used diesel. That one failed and the tyre burnt...doh. I don't endorse any of the methods, it remains a bush remedy and techniqe for a difficult situation though. I've bought an R&R beadb reaker for this trip. Hopefully won't need it. Mick. p.s.
