No but I have a good receipe for Camel stew that was Jack Absoloms. It starts
"Take an onion, 2 cloves or garlic, a large tin of tomatos and one medium sized camel......."
Tried it years back. Very lean and a bit tough but I think that may have more to do with the overcooking than the actual meat.
