During the cooler months for the little kids, we have one piece sleeping outfits (very warm) and the kids are in these by about 5PM and then the gum boots go on the feet to keep the feet dry. When they are ready for bed it is just a matter of taking the gum boots off and away they go. Me.... I just keep warm with bourbon hehehe.
