Comment: Exploring the Flinders Ranges - a week of camping and walking - July/A

Hullo Heather, I have been looking forward to your reports since you left WA.

We came through the Flinders from the north on our way home from the EO Gathering at Innamicnka last year.

I should have mentioned this earlier, we stayed at Quorn and had a ride on the Pitchi-Ritchi steam train. It was excellent.

I have made a note of your rest stops over the Nullarbor for our return home from QLD later this year.

cheers

Stephen

Hi Stephen,
thanks for your kind comments. I am just in the process of editing these latest two blogs - still have to insert photos however we are staying in an area where there is very little 3G signal and it takes too long to upload pics so will have to wait.
We are now at Brooms Head on the east coast NSW , near Maclean. Have spent almost a week just relaxing, fishing and walking the beaches - a beautiful little place with caravan park on the beach. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend it - cheaper than staying in the N Pk nearby.
cheers
