You might want to put some type of clamp over the battery to hold it down, in the event of an accident or rough section of road it will become a missile and a bit of mdf will not restrain it.

I should have mentioned the three things that are missing ..
1 - A decent fuse on the battery +ve
2 - A clamp to hold the battery ( as you mentioned above )
3 - A tie-down for the fridge when its in place ..
Then its complete
