sorry for the late reply but the Queen and I have just returned from an extended break O/S. I didn't go with a full kitchen set-up in the end mainly because of the weight involved. I had large slides fabricated for the tops of the drawers so that boxes etc for food would be easier to reach. I also invested in a few heavy duty "Gomo" boxes from Boab for food stuffs. The system worked really well. I mainly use the slide out tables underneath the passengerside drawers and rather than fit a big slidout table as intended, I have stuck with the blomold plastic table, again purely to save on weight. I will try and get a few photos taken over the next couple of days, once I get the suitcases unpacked.
