Hi Michelle, I found your Blog to be a very interesting read & thanks for sharing it with us. Sounds as if you made your trip through some great parts of our country so much more enjoyable for yourselves by you not having to rush it to much, just sort of "smelling the roses" when the opportunity presentented itself is always the way to go if time permits.
The Bowling club at Gilgandra (my hometown) is made that much better after a couple of VB's and a yarn to the locals LOL
Your meal from a few things "floating around" the bottom of the Waeco at
Mudgee is a bit of a worry!! Reminds me of a
camping trip when a Stubby of beer lost it's top & made friends with the sausages, bread etc. in the Esky & we still had a couple of days to go before civilisation!
Keep up the good work & thanks.
PS. Is Kev realy that UGLY.? I know he will not be offended, as he has hide made of Cane Toad! Or was your camera a cheapy or broken? LOL. I hope, like you have done , one day to be able to meet him Cheers.
