Well done David and Michelle, you were lucky with the weather as earlier in the week the "pristine waters" were more like a choc milk after some rough weather! I did see you in town on Thursday night but decided you looked too relaxed and in "tri" mode and I wasn't sure if you would want anything to do with work, so I'll wait till
Wiluna to say hello. Have you thought about the full ironman in
Busselton! Although it will have to be next year as this years event is already fully booked. Cheers, briggzee

Thank you, briggzee. Yeah the
water was pretty bad on Friday. You must have seen us in Coco Thai I guess, cause I wouldn't have thought we'd be recognised in the CX7 unless you were looking closely at the number plate! Ironman WA wasn't really on the agenda, but David has entered 3 more half ironman in the Australian series which will take him to Yeppon in August,
Gold Coast in October, and
Canberra in December. I think I will step up to the challenge for next year's
busselton half ironman to do it as an individual, so training continues! David will be in full swing of training in
Wiluna - no bike, but there's no reason not to run! Bring ya shoes and we can make a mob run out of for anyone interested... its only 11km from Laager to town... 22km round trip.
