Comment: Karen & Bernie's 100 day 4wd trip, WA & NT - Update #1

Well done you guys - sorry we didn't get a chance to catch up before you left. Loved the Ningaloo pics - we are hoping to get there in July so you are really rubbing it in as we always get so itchy to get our Perth when the cold sets in (rains started yesterday and morning bike rides are 4 degrees!). As you are Members and have the spot msgr - David will try to work more on the development of the EOTRackMe to interface to this so we'll take a look and do some development on this whilst you are travelling. Hope you get to see a Whale Shark on Saturday!! Best wishes Michelle

No problem. We did try to run, ride, swim, hike, paddle while there - some with great difficulty. We can't stand the cold either, which is why we look for any chance to get out. Windibandi site 16 was great for us.The SPOT messenger system is also great, as our mobiles are out of range so often (so maybe an aerial and patch lead might be the next buy). There is so much with your website that we could be using - but we'll learn bit by bit. The blog is great as some of my family members don't have facebook or broadband, so it's a great way for them to get an update with a photo.
