Comment: Toyota 200 Series VX LandCruiser - Disaster

I have written and posted photo's on EO about the new V8 utes and the problems experienced with them at work.
Some have come to the defence of Toyota on this matter being dihard Toyota people or miners who say mine vehicles are flogged.

I drive an old 1hz ute that is over 5 yrs old and worked underground all it's life, it has been looked after and doesn't even have a dent in the body. It has had very little rebuild maintenance, mainly cv;s and springs.

The new V8's have had bulk repairs, motors siezed through oil leaks and excessive oil consumption, excessive rust, radiators and a/c condensors eating out.

Toyota are slso treating the mine I work at with contempt, even to the point of sending the wrong parts, worth thousands of dollars and expecting them to wear the cost and not return the parts.

I will not be buying another Toyota 4wd. Having owned a few, myself and Mister Toyota will go our seperate ways.
