Comment: The Forum.

Great Blog Jon. The issue needs to be adressed. I had a thread about our young diggers dying in combat in Afghanistan removed recently, being cited as being procative for unsuitable replies. At the same time a thread about Jessica Watson went on for ever, yet both were of much common interest to our members as was seen by the responses before I got axed.
EO is a privately owned site, sure, but as PAYING members, we shouldn't be getting flogged by the big stick every time a topic doesn't sit well with any particular moderator. At the moment, there is no consistency at all.
There are many of us ex ADF members on here, and some mothers and fathers of current ADF members currently in harms way. The moderators actions on that topic left a very nasty taste in my mouth, and subdued my enthusiasm to participate.
