Yes, I can confirm that it was our tracks you were following from the top of the Eagle to the Talawana. In turn, we had also been preceded recently by a single vehicle.

It doesn't look like this track gets much traffic; just enough to keep it reasonably open (noting that the first couple of kays only were a bit obscure). we enjoyed the challenge.

We camped on the night of the rains just before the junction of the Talawana with the CSR. Rained all arvo but held up just enough to get a good campfire going and then till bed - great timing.
