Comment: 7th to 8th July

Hi Brett, nice trip you are oing there. Your photo of "The Dam at Lake Argyle" reminded me of a photo from nearly the same spot taken around 1970/1/2. I have loaded it to my profile. As a family we went up to the Top Dam to watch the Coyote Blast when they blew the top of the hill on the other side to loosen it for fill for the dam wall. The picnic was on the back of a Ford K700 8 ton truck with a tarp over the gates and a couple of families on the back.
