Comment: "Enter the Dragon" - Our expedition into the Great Sandy Desert in sear

hi Mick just watched the video, excellent stuff you're definately getting better at the editing side of things. In hindsight would you have taken the quads?
The soak is an amazing looking place. It always astounds me that in such a barren and unforgiving landscape such places exist.
Hope your time and resources permit you to continue on your travels, as to see you housebound or stuck in suburbia, would be a sad loss for us less fortunate as you to be able to travel to the places you do do.

Cheers Dunc. The Quads were invlauable as forward scouts. Unfortunately, I had to trailer mine and in hindsight, had this been our planned route (which it wasn't to start with) I would have left my trailer and quad at 80 mile or similar. I do have some domestic chores to attend to in 2011 but am hoping to get away for a couple of short trips, perhaps some remote confluence hunting? Fingers crossed.
