I am shuddering..... I've made the equivalent of five loops of Oz...
Old vehicles. Probably didn't do ALL the prep I should and certainly expected a couple of problems as part of the adventure. One trip was with a 1984 Subaru... 4speed... towing an off road trailer with bikes and canoe and loaded to the gunnals. We had a battery catch on fire and a wishbone pin break...flat tyres... but all an adventure and solved beside the road.
What to do? .... Push the hell out of Landrover for some sort of compensation... even maybe free
services and extended warrantee for a couple more years.
No..... a better thought... dammit.... plan for your next trip and try again. Cheers Royce
