Karen and Bernie, Here in NSW, your warranty is basically open ended regardless of what the seller tells you.. For the money you payed, it hasnt done the job it was intended to. I recently bought a kettle worth $60 with a 2 year warranty so for $50 grand, you should be able to push for all your repairs to be carried out for free. You could sit outside the dealership on the weekends with a big cardboard cut out of a lemon on the roof, just like that lady with the VW from memory.. That might make them take notice!!! See your states fair trading and see how you sit with a reasonable warranty to have the things outstanding and compensated for the out of pocket expenses you guys have incurred to date. Michael
