Unless that hole is a big one I would leave it until later as there is a fair chance you will wear another stone along the way. Most insurances only allow one screen per year.
Be careful with those road trains. If the road looks at all gravelly ( even on the tar) slow right down to avoid the impact.. I was showered with rocks south of
Erldunda in June
