Hi Stephen,
As always a great blog - very informative.
Re the crashed plane - it was on charter by Electoral officials taking postal votes during a Federal Election.
Quite by accident I met one of the officials who was on board that plane at a doctors surgery last year (waiting for the doc) he told me a bit about the crash but since that accident he never worked again because he had short term memory loss and can't remember what he said only minutes earlier. He has still not recovered.

Thanks for that. I contacted Goldfield Air
Services to try and more information about the crash, but was told me that they had changed hands and they had no information about the crash. Thanks for the details and thanks for your help.
