Presently very hot in Phuket during the day. The monsoons seem to be gone as the sea was very flat yesterday. Light rain last night for about 30 mins.
I would think the Bike Ride will be your greatest challenge as there are two very steep climbs towards the end of the course.

Thanks for that info Dick yeah the bike hills may be a challenge buy the heat in the run may be more of a problem. Anyway will be there in the morning to start getting acclimatized. We may be able to catch up some time over the next 10 days. See you later.
