Hi Mick just thought i.d let you know that 4pm{1600hrs] is 8bells in the afternoon watch and 4.30pm is 1bell in the first dog watch so its probly better to go with the 4.30pm time limit as this will put you in the doghouse which is normal for us blokes if we are 1/2 hr late lol. Great read as usual
