Many thanks for the review.
I have a camper trailer with a battery way back there and been following EO threads on 12v to 12v chargers in recent times and must say I've been thoroughly confused.
I now happy to go with such a system but will wait for the new unit with solar input as
well.
Also many thanks on behalf of EO members and visitors for your
blogs, updates and other most useful information.
One last question ' Do you ever sleep'

Sleep Phil, what’s that? Yes I do get sleep mate but I do get a bit of stick for time spent on the computer. As long as the list of chores on the fridge doesn’t get too long, I’m allowed to play on EO. I’m trying to get the crown prince to assume the mantle of responsibility for outdoor chores and free me up a bit but not having much luck. What is it with 15 year olds?
As an aside, I found a brilliant wiring diagram for the “ultimate” dual battery system on the Redarc website. Very straight forward. It includes the jump start facility as
well using a continuous duty solenoid. Bloody easy to follow. It’s under the “handy Hints” section.
