sounds like your air might me a bit borderline for the genny. If it's mid 30's I hope it's on heat!
Things that may help - shortest 15A lead from genny to unit, lower A/C temp a bit, shade the A/C unit.
The big one we've got hangs in there at mid 40's plus.
We have fed our genny about 8000L of diesel so far. Now rained in and worried about running out of diesel, down to about 4000L
No repair crew in sight even if they could get here - all roads closed

well must go and fill the genny again
